The vision of the Leadership Academy of Arizona (LeadershipAZ) is to inspire curiosity, excellence, and leadership for a lifetime of impact. The school envisions a vibrant K–8 learning community where every individual is empowered to lead with integrity, think critically, and contribute meaningfully to a diverse and changing world.
Through rigorous academics, enrichment opportunities, and leadership development, the Academy prepares students to thrive in life as compassionate, resilient, and productive citizens.
